Business Improvement Districts, or BID's, can be a lot of work, so you need someone with experience to develope and impliment all the moving parts needed to facitltate one of these security designs.

BID's usually consist of private companies that pay for the security and clean up crews to keep the streets and sidewalks clean and fix basic maintenance problems.

District Safety Officers are usually on bicycles and on foot to serve the patrons of the distric as well as the business owners who may have any kind of problem.
